Are you a woman between the ages of 18-50+ seeking a transformative experience that nurtures your mind, body, and soul? Look no further!
What to Expect:
🌿 Explore by way of expressive arts techniques on how to reconnect with your body and soul and connect with like-minded women in a supportive and nurturing environment.

11th Annual Strike Up A SMILE Bowl-Athon
Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM 115 Rexdale Blvd , Toronto, ON M9W 1P1 202
Members and supporters will participate in the 11th annual fundraising event. Help us raise $7000 in education bursaries. One hundred percent of the proceeds raised from the bowl-a-thon will go directly towards the following SMILE programs:
- Bursary Program- offers up to ten, $1000 bursaries for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Women in Technology- Office essentials for digital and workplace success
- Women and Children’s Mental Health Initiatives
- Assist low-income single parent families with food insecurity programs
